TO ALL SEC 1 SCOUTS:

ok...this is really getting out of hand.

1)you all, HAVENT EVEN SEEN a tiny bit of what scouts is. so DO NOT go around thinking that you guys hav seen the true colours of scouting. I myself, even with 8 years of scouting experiece, havent seen the true colours of it. what more you guys with ONLY 3 months.

2) IF you all are unsatisfied, then COMMUNICATE man...whats the good if u keep it all to urself and complaining in silence? nothing is going to change u know...

3)if there is NOT ENOUGH opportunities for u all to work together, tell us. like i said...dun expect us to know excatly what is going on on ur side.

4)YOU KNOW NUTS ABOUT THE PAST. the sec 3s have reasons why they are doing things you all dun like., or being rude. IF U WERE THEM SINCE SEC 1 YOU WOULD ACT THE SAME AS WELL. SO STOP THINKING U KNOW EVERYTHING!

5) we have limits as well...people make mistakes. like i said.. DUN LIKE IT, TELL THE PERSON! they might not know how to handle girls as well as guys. thats why we're called "guys' and 'girls'! we're diffrent. so let them learn ,ok?

6) the troop has certain standards. if u all are not fit enough to get there, the troop is not for u.

7)'a scout makes friends, establishes and maintains harmonious relations' what good is this law if u cant even TRY to keep to it? the scout law is a guideline to be followed as closely as posible. AT LEAST MAKE AN ATTEMPT!

8)everything takes time to develop. the sec 3's might be to forcefull to you all. but you must also give them leeway for them to learn! giv them feedback at least. then they can improve.

9)IF YOU WANT TO QUIT SCOUTS, DUN BRING THE NAME DOWN WITH YOU! DO U THINK THAT SAYING ALL THESE SMALL POINTS ABOUT SCOUT IS GOING TO GET YOU OUT OF HERE?i dont think so. do u know how hard it is to bring a name up? and how easy it is to bring it down? IT TOOK US 12 YEARS TO GET OUR REPTUATION UP. AND NOW BECAUSE OF THIS ALL OUR HARD WORK FOR 12 YEARS IS GOING TO WASTE! spare a thought before you just type your feelings on you blog will you?

10) we know the true colours of you now....you know nothing about us. and so you think u can make life difficult? i'll like to see it do it YOURSELF. DONT DRAG other innocent ppl in with you.

11)what you guys are doing now is a very irresponsible act. you are only causing more harm then good. do us a favour, and put ur diffrences aside will ya?

12)feel free to comment anything on the tagboard.

13) if u think this is usefull to any of the scouts then ask he/she to read this. hopefully it will clear up some problems.

good job to the sec 3s today...im confident tt you guys will do great. though times may be a bit tough due to the scouts, just endure and try to solve the problem. as they say..."prevention is beter than cure". anyways. IF u guys ever need help[which i doubt], then yeah. dun look for us..ur on ur own. hahs. just joking....can come look for me or some of the sec 4s...hopefully they wont be too busy studying like lam..............

back frm whitley campfire...today was actually quite good...morin started out wit mr goh's lessons..then off to vlc meeting.. lots of things happen in between after the meting and my arrival at bishan for e campfire. =) met up wit the scouts and yeah....but what happened aft tt pretty much screwed the whole day up.....will NOT elaborate on tt...no matter hw much u ppl ask me to...anyways. hope u guys had fun!

well....super busy...test all over the weeks....man sec 4 life is just nothing but study..how i wish it was sec 2 and 3 again...most free years of sec sch. sigh. anyway...test are so far so good....phy ok, maths ok, chem...um..that maybe not. eng soso...mt wasted...yeah. sigh....still have alot more issues to settle with scouts..hopefully naufal and gang will clear it up soon.
